Incoloy 825 round bar is an alloy made of nickel, iron, and chromium. It is used in industry because it is strong, resists corrosion, and stands up to fatigue. This special metal can be bought in round bars. The bars are good for machining and fabrication.

The nickel gives Incoloy 825 more strength than stainless steel. It also improves corrosion resistance, especially in low-oxygen places. The chromium protects against oxidation, while the molybdenum and copper improve the corrosion resistance.
UNS N08825 Hexagonal Bar have high tensile and yield strength, good ductility, and fatigue strength. The tensile strength ranges from 125,000 psi to 220,000 psi. This lets you make lighter parts with less thickness. The bars can handle shifting and fluctuating stresses.
The excellent corrosion resistance of JIS NCF 825 Hot Rolled Bar makes it great for use around acids, alkalis, and salt. It holds well in sulfuric, phosphoric, acetic, and organic acids. This alloy also stands up to stress corrosion cracking most of the time. Bars are made from Incoloy 825 last loan, even with harsh chemicals or high heat.
Incoloy 825 has a low thermal expansion, so it resists thermal fatigue and shock very well. Bars stay strong and don’t break during repeated heating and cooling. The good oxidation resistance up to 1900°F makes this alloy best when high-temperature gases are present.
